All groomers are not created equal. Pet Purrspective is a Hollywood grooming business built on nineteen years of grooming experience and a lifelong interest in animal welfare, and its founder has taken courses in animal behaviour and spends her free time as a volunteer zoo keeper, which keeps the salon keen on how to work alongside its four-legged clients.
Humanity over vanity. Aesthetic appeal is not always attainable when grooming pets: for one reason or another some animals undergo extreme stress on the table, which is dangerous around very sharp tools, and the salon takes that into account at every turn of the process. If any part of a groom cannot be completed because of the stress it is causing, they simply will not force it, and instead work slowly to gain the pet's trust so that over time the job can be done properly.
The rest of the team brings nearly twenty-three years of professional pet grooming shaped in part by working alongside a Los Angeles dog trainer, and sixteen years from a stylist who started as a bather in 2008 and worked up through management in several salons.
