Add PawsRx to your AI
Your assistant can find a vet, see when they are actually open, tell you what it costs and send the appointment request, without you opening a directory. Paste one URL and it works.
Connector URL
https://pawsrx.io/mcpWhere to paste it
Meta Muse
Say "connect to PawsRx" and give it the URL when it asks. Muse builds the connection itself.
Claude
Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the URL.
ChatGPT
Settings, then Connectors. Add it as a custom MCP server with the URL.
Anything else
If it speaks MCP, the URL is all it needs. If it takes an OpenAPI schema instead, use the spec link below.
What it can do
- Find practices near you that see your animal, including rabbits, birds and reptiles
- Only show practices whose own posted hours cover the day and time you can go
- Tell you what a service costs, from prices practices publish themselves
- Check real open appointment times, and send an appointment request to any listed practice
- Send your question to the independent veterinarians who answer on PawsRx
What it will never do
It does not diagnose, recommend a dose, or decide whether your animal needs to be seen. Questions go to real veterinarians who write the answer themselves. If your animal may be in an emergency, go to an emergency veterinary hospital now rather than ask an assistant.
Building something
The same tools are available as a plain REST API, and the brief below states the rules anything built on this has to follow.
