A professional profile and booking page under the PawsRx Vet Center. Your bio, your photo, your services.
Your prices, your take
PawsRx charges $89 when we bring you a new client, on their first booking only, and nothing when that client books you again. Your clients never pay it, and it is never a percentage of what you charge for care. The fee is owed when the booking is made and collected from a card you put on file, with nothing charged if they cancel within 24 hours of booking. If we ever bill you for someone who was already your client, email refunds@pawsrx.io within 7 days and we credit it back.
Your schedule
Work three hours on Saturdays or every evening, entirely up to you. Telehealth from home, mobile visits, or your own clinic.
Your own storefront
A polished public page with online booking and a link you can put anywhere. Reviews can only be left by a client who booked through us and actually attended, so nobody can post about a visit that never happened. Pet parents browsing the Vet Center find you too.

A booking calendar, client records and invoices, in a browser, on the phone in your pocket or the computer at reception. Nothing to install.
The day, as the desk sees it
A column for each person or room, the waiting room down the side, and who is running behind before a client notices. Drag a visit to move it. A walk-in is one button.
The week, before it goes wrong
How full each person is, day by day, so you can see where the week is thin while there is still time to fill it. Hours are per person, and time off never gets offered to a client.
Every client and every animal
Search by a person, a pet or a phone number. Each row shows the last visit, the next one and anything waiting on you. Bring your existing list in from a spreadsheet.
One record per client
Their animals, vaccines and recalls, what they owe, and every visit and message in one thread. Send an invoice they can pay by card; the money goes to your own Stripe account.

Online booking from your real hours
Clients pick a time that is truly open. A time is held for ten minutes while they finish, so two people never get the same one.
Services, options and add-ons
Set a length and a price for each service, with sizes or options that change either. The client sees the price before they book.
A waitlist that fills gaps
When a visit cancels, offer the opening to the people waiting with one click. The first to take it gets it.
Check-in and intake by link
Each visit has its own page: the client fills in the intake form beforehand and taps to say they have arrived.
Repeat visits
Book a recheck series in one go, every so many weeks, and cancel the rest of a series together.
