What if I have multiple pets?
Each pet gets their own subscription. This keeps things simple and means you only pay for what each pet actually needs.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months upfront and get 12 months of care. That saves you 2 full months. You can choose monthly or annual when you check out.
What if my pet needs a different medication?
The veterinarian can adjust the prescription at no extra cost within your plan. If your pet's condition changes, we'll coordinate with the veterinarian to find the right treatment. All prescribing decisions remain with the independent licensed veterinarian.
Do you accept insurance?
We don't bill insurance directly, but we can provide documentation you may submit to your pet insurance provider for reimbursement.
