What the visit itself will cost
That is the practice's price, and the practice is the only one who can tell you. A practice that takes bookings on PawsRx can publish its prices on its page, service by service, with sizes and add-ons where they change the number. Where a practice has not, the page shows no price at all rather than a guess.

Does PawsRx cost anything for pet owners?
No. There is no membership, no subscription and no booking fee, and PawsRx adds nothing to what a veterinarian charges. Asking a vet, reading and joining the community, and searching or booking a practice all cost a pet owner nothing.
How much does a vet on PawsRx charge?
The practice sets its own price, and you pay the practice, not PawsRx. Some practices show a consultation price on their PawsRx page; where one does not, the practice tells you when you book or call. An unclaimed listing shows the practice's own phone number and hours, and the price is whatever the practice quotes you.
Is there a markup or a percentage on the vet's bill?
No. PawsRx takes no percentage of your care bill and adds no markup to the price the practice sets.
How does PawsRx make money?
From practices, not from pet owners. Listing a practice and claiming its page cost the practice nothing; PawsRx charges a practice only when it brings the practice a brand-new client, and the terms are on the page where practices sign up.
Is the answer to my question written by a vet?
Every answer says who wrote it: a licensed veterinarian whose licence PawsRx has checked with the state board, a veterinary student, or the PawsRx team. Answers are general information written without examining your pet, not a diagnosis or a prescription.
