Grooming starts with a conversation about what the dog needs, whether that is a breed-standard cut, an easy puppy cut, hand-scissoring, a personalised cut or colouring. The groomers will also say when a treatment would be wrong for a coat, such as a summer cut on a breed whose fur will never grow back with the same texture.

The standard grooming and bathing service covers a bath and brush out, a blowout, a nail trim, anal gland expression, ear cleaning, and a sanitary trim on request.

Shampoos and conditioners are premium and all-natural, with specialty products for seasonal skin irritation: soothing oatmeal, flea and tick, and hypoallergenic. Dryers and brushes use Bio Ionic technology, and there is no cage dryer.

Dental work runs from routine teeth brushing to anesthesia-free cleaning with scaling and polishing, no extractions.

Proof of vaccinations is required for all dogs at check-in.

A second dog is 15% off and a third dog is 20% off.
