By appointment only. A small, licensed, family-owned studio whose staff includes a certified veterinary assistant trained in grooming dogs and cats; every pet is assessed before services.

Cage-free, in a private fully gated home with a backyard. A dog booked for several services gets accompanied breaks to relax, play and relieve itself in the yard between them, fresh water is always out, and bookings are kept few each day.

Cats are groomed with no dogs on the premises, and each cat comes in its own secured carrier. No cat service is guaranteed: the groomer will not push a cat past its limits, may use breaks, pheromone sprays or aromatherapy, may alter or drop parts of the groom, and in cases of severe stress or aggression may send the cat home to reschedule. A groom cut short is charged only for the work done.
