Nails and Add-Ons

Cuts, trims, de-shedding, matting, the hydrating treatment, the glow up and the perimeter trim are added to a We Wash; the nail trim and treat bag to a You Wash; gland expression, flea and tick, premium shampoo, ear plucking and nose and paw balm to either.

Dog-only, with self-serve wash tubs beside full-service washing and grooming. Dogs must be current on core vaccinations (parvovirus, distemper, canine hepatitis and rabies) and proof may be asked for; puppies usually come in around 12 to 16 weeks, after their last round of shots, for a first visit that is mostly a consultation to get comfortable with the space.

Drop-off and pick-up are within 30 minutes of the appointment start and end times, with text updates during the visit; most visits wrap up in one to two hours, and a dog can stay up to two hours after the service at no charge. Between the table and the tubs, dogs wait in crates within the groomers' line of sight, with heat-free drying cages for dogs that dislike the blow dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and ear wash are Pure + Good, with a custom-made paw balm.

Fleas found during a session are treated with a flea bath at an added charge, and a severely matted coat may be shaved rather than de-matted. Soft muzzles are available for dogs that have shown aggression. Nail trims do not need an appointment; booking ahead is recommended for full-service grooming.

Services are paid through the app or mobile site by card; cash is taken for gratuities only. No boarding.
