Grooming uses natural and organic products with aromatherapy treatments, and every grooming client gets a complimentary massage through the hydro surge method of bathing. Every dog must have current Rabies, DHLP&P and Bordetella vaccinations, be free of fleas and be on a flea preventative program. Grooming clients can leave a Visa or MasterCard on file for services. Late pick-up runs $15 for every fifteen minutes after closing, and a dog not collected by closing may be boarded overnight; late-night pick-up on Friday and Saturday can be arranged for an additional charge. A door-to-door shuttle picks up and drops off dogs in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood and Hancock Park for $15 to $35 each direction.
