By appointment only, with no walk-ins and no waiting room. A $25 deposit holds the booking, paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Every pet must be current on its vaccinations, no exceptions: Rabies for dogs and cats, and the booking terms also ask for Bordetella and Parvo for dogs. Proof is needed once, not at every visit.

Julia is the owner and the only groomer, so every appointment is private and one-on-one from start to finish.

She uses professional products from Brazil, Italy and the USA, choosing shampoo and conditioner by coat type and color. Every session includes a nail trim, ear and eye cleaning, a three-step bath, high-velocity drying, a thorough brush-out and a pet-friendly perfume, with a breed-specific or owner's-choice haircut when the package includes one. Tools are disinfected after every pet, the salon is sanitized daily, and it is fully insured.

Cats are groomed too; a cat that becomes too aggressive to handle safely has its session stopped.

Matted coats carry a de-matting fee and heavy mats may need to be shaved. Fleas or ticks found during a groom are treated at the owner's cost. Biting, aggression or any health condition must be disclosed ahead; muzzles may be used, a handling fee may apply, and she may stop or refuse a groom for safety.

Her portfolio shows Border Terriers, Westies and Miniature Schnauzers after hand stripping, plus Yorkies, a Cavapoo and a Pomeranian after grooms and baths.
