Every booking includes a consultation with the groomer at the appointment, or a video consultation beforehand on request.

Dog haircut styles on the menu are the lamb, puppy, signature schnauzer, summer, teddy bear and lion cuts; cat styles are the lion, teddy bear, kitten, panther and shaved down. Puppies and kittens are introduced to grooming gently.

Baths come standard, medicated for skin conditions, or as flea and tick baths, for dogs and cats alike.

The daycare area is cage-free, a spacious playground where dogs roam and socialize.

Alessandro has groomed dogs here for over 20 years, a love of animals that began with the stray dogs he took in and bathed as a child in Brazil; no dog is too big, small, nervous or excited.

Parking is behind the store, between Formosa and Alta Vista.
