Good to know

Fuzzy Butts is run by Angela Sexton, a Certified Feline Master Groomer and Nationally Certified Master Groomer who earned her first grooming certificate in 2002 and is an approved cat grooming instructor.

Cats and dogs are groomed on separate days: Wednesdays and Fridays are dog days, Thursdays are cat days, and Sundays alternate between the two. Mondays are kept for special cases approved by Angela and cannot be booked online.

Cats need to stay on a schedule of every eight weeks or less; the salon does not do once- or twice-a-year shave downs and does not express cat anal glands. Cats and small dogs usually take about 2.5 to 3 hours, medium dogs 3 to 4, large dogs 4 to 5 and extra-large dogs up to 6. No walk-ins, and owners do not stay during the groom.
