Good to know

The spa's staff have a combined 100 years of pet care and grooming experience. Owner Karla Addington-Smith is a National Certified Master Groomer.

Pets never roam the spa and never have direct contact with one another; suites are sanitized between guests and each uses fresh towels.

The first visit includes a styling consultation. Each visit includes a 10-point check and a weigh-in, so the spa can tell you about any changes to pass on to your vet.
