The nation's first self-wash dog grooming shop, on Lincoln Blvd since 1979 and open seven days a week. The staff are pet owners themselves, breed cuts and specialty cuts such as mohawks, fades and afros are available, and walk-ins are always welcome.
Self-wash stations are a $20 flat rate for any size dog with elevated stainless steel tubs, all-natural shampoo, conditioner, face wash, dryers, towels, aprons and leave-in conditioner included, no appointment needed. The self-wash last call is 3:30 pm and washes finish by 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute limit when others are waiting; dogs with open sores or active infections, and skunked dogs, cannot use the tubs.
Daycare runs Monday through Saturday, with no daycare on Sundays, and a bath or groom can be added to the day.
Non-anesthetic teeth cleaning with a licensed dental hygienist is held the first Sunday of every month.
