By appointment, with walk-ins welcome 10am to 4pm, though walk-ins for appointment-based services cannot always be fitted in; hours for some add-on and styling services may vary. The self-wash stalls run 8am to 6pm, take any size or breed, and are best reserved ahead since space is limited; dogs stay on leash until inside the stall.

Every dog must be fully vaccinated (DHPP, rabies and bordetella) with proof from a licensed veterinarian, updated yearly. Flea protection is required and flea collars do not count; dogs are checked at the door, and if fleas turn up at the start of a wash the salon tries to reach the owner twice, then adds $15 to $25 by size for its flea shampoo. The client agreement, which covers every service, also lists spay or neuter, a minimum age of four months, a microchip and a negative fecal test from the past 60 days.

Anything beyond what was booked needs the owner's approval first. Grooming times are estimates, and a text goes out when the dog is ready for pickup. Shampoos are Cleo & Hooman and a hypo-allergenic line; multi-pet discounts are offered, and payment is taken at pickup by ACH, cash or card.
