Cat a la carte is priced on its own: ear cleaning, nail trimming and paw shave are $15 each, and a sanitary shave is $20.

Good to know

Desly opened her own salon in 2009 to keep grooming affordable for the neighbourhood. She had been grooming for years in two Hollywood salons before she was certified, and she still attends seminars and workshops to keep the work current.

The salon grooms all breeds of dogs, along with cats and birds. Every dog is treated as an individual: coat thickness, condition and length, and any health or temperament issue, all shape the groom and the price.

The salon posts opening hours of 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Prices are subject to change with coat density, excessive matting, heavy dirt, staining or odour, or a dog that is harder to groom because it is aggressive, older or very active.
