Every appointment starts with a quick check-in about the coat, any skin sensitivities, temperament and the look you are going for. The groomers work at the pet's pace, use gentle pet-safe products, many of them off the shop's own shelves, and keep you posted if anything comes up.
Cat grooming is a specialty here, handled cat-first and calmly. First-timers are welcome, with short, positive introductory sessions.
New clients need proof of current rabies vaccination. Most appointments take a few hours depending on the pet's size, coat condition and the services requested, and you get a time estimate when the appointment is confirmed. Pick-up notes are honest and there are no upsells.
