The hotel is staffed around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and tours run daily between 10am and 6pm with no appointment needed.

Spa prices at this location are listed for dogs. The Hollywood page describes grooming for dogs and cats, and there is a separate cat suite on the boarding side, but every service on the priced spa menu is set for dogs.

Every canine guest must have proof of current rabies, DHPP and bordetella vaccinations on file, and leptospirosis is strongly recommended at the Hollywood location.
