Good to know

The salon sits inside Second Home Pet Resort, an all-suite resort for dogs and cats. After a groom, pets relax in one of the guest suites instead of waiting in a cage.

Every pet gets two complete washes, with cotton in both ears to keep water out, and a blow dry that lifts out undercoat and sets the coat so the groom lasts longer.

Extra time for dematting, behaviour challenges or premium scissor trims may carry an extra charge, discussed at check-in. Doodles and other premium-trim coats may need more frequent appointments.
