Good to know

Grooming is by appointment only, one dog at a time. The founder is a certified groomer through Animal Behavioral College, holds a master's in social work, and has groomed since 2021 in salons and on house calls.

The salon uses gentle handling and asks owners to wait in the seating area or outside while their dog is groomed. A veterinary or emergency contact is required at check-in.

Double-coated breeds are never shaved. A dog that cannot be groomed safely is stopped and the owner told right away.

Dogs should be picked up within an hour of the ready text; late pickup is $10 an hour, and arriving more than 10 minutes late carries a $10 fee and may mean rebooking.
