Good to know

Rachel Coronado opened the shop in February 2020 with her family's help; the team has more than 18 years in dog grooming, and the groomer previously worked at the Humane Society of Milpitas. Oatmeal-based shampoos are standard, with specialty shampoos for skin concerns.

Doodles, poodle mixes and dogs over 12 need a pre-evaluation with the groomer before booking. Dogs must have current proof of rabies vaccination, given at least two days before the appointment, and arrive on a leash. The shop does not groom dogs that need sedation.

Grooms usually take two to four hours; dogs should be picked up within 30 minutes of the ready call, and the shop usually closes at 3:00 pm.
