Good to know

First-time customers need no appointment: drop-off is first come, first served, no later than noon on weekdays, and the salon tells you when to pick up, before closing.

Products are chosen to be non-toxic, paraben-free and dye-free where possible, and the store is cleaned with non-toxic solutions. You are welcome to bring any prescription shampoo, conditioner or cleanser your pet uses.

A badly matted coat may need a shorter cut to groom it safely and humanely. Owners are asked to share any known medical, behavioral or physical conditions before the groom, and the salon may decline pets that are aggressive or too large to handle safely.
