Good to know

The North 32nd salon, a grooming shop since 1992 under earlier owners, joined Puff & Fluff in February 2019. It grooms dogs; cat appointments go to other Puff & Fluff salons.

Each of the six Puff & Fluff salons keeps its own schedule. Estimated visit times: two to three hours for a small-dog groom, three to four for medium and larger dogs, and less for a bath and brush.

An ASAP service keeps a pet on the table from drop-off to pick-up, for dogs that are older, anxious or new to grooming; ask ahead, as it carries a surcharge.

Pets should be up to date on vaccinations; bring the records to the first visit. Senior pets and pets with health problems are groomed for cleanliness and comfort, so tell the salon about any condition.

The salon calls or texts when your pet is ready; pick-up is expected within two hours.
