Good to know

Vaccination records are required for every grooming service, and cat appointments are booked ahead.

The salon does not groom aggressive cats. A cat that needs medication to stay calm must be given it by the owner before the appointment, and a cat that cannot be groomed safely is sent home with the full grooming fee still due, because the groomer held that time for it.

There is a twenty minute grace period on every appointment; after that the appointment is cancelled. Pick-up is within thirty minutes of the finish, and an early drop-off or a late pick-up can be arranged in advance and may carry a charge.
