Good to know

Keeta's grooms one pet at a time in private groom rooms, by appointment only. Services are tailored to each pet, and the salon will customise a groom for needs not on its list.

Pets must be current on vaccinations, with documentation. Matted coats are de-matted only as far as the pet stays comfortable, with shaving if needed, and matting adds a fee based on the extra time.

The salon offers no daycare or boarding: pets should be picked up within 45 minutes of the finished call or text, or a late pick-up fee applies. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, and a late fee of $1.00 per minute applies after the first 15 minutes.
