Good to know
Kateri Walls graduated from the Pampered Pet School of Grooming in 1995 and opened All God's Creatures in 1996. The salon spent its first nine years on Liberty Ave in Bloomfield before moving to Penn Ave in Garfield in 2005, and she still grooms herself.
A second groomer, bilingual in Spanish, trained in California and does show-standard cuts as well as practical everyday ones.
The salon never charges for special shampoos a dog needs for a skin condition. Groomers attend yearly workshops to stay current with products and trends.
