Every dog and puppy must be spayed or neutered.

Every service begins with a nose-to-tail check for common health issues, and the owner is told of any concern found.

A typical bath takes about an hour and a typical groom about two, depending on size and the services requested; an estimated finish time is given at the start of the appointment, and many a la carte services take under ten minutes.

Products are all-natural, from the United States, Italy and Japan, and never diluted; each dog's formula is matched to its skin and coat on the Prima bathing system, and every dog is hand-dried rather than cage-dried, with snoods for dogs sensitive to the dryer.

Dogs are never left alone or unattended on a table, there are no electric tables, and the salon keeps a relationship with a local veterinarian in case a medical incident ever occurs.

Rooms have antiviral air filtration, tools and stations are sterilized between dogs, communal water bowls are banned, and each dog is serviced one on one.

The salon guarantees satisfaction; an experience the owner does not love is on the salon.
