Every bath, touch up and full groom includes a stylist chat, a cage-free stay, a filtered-water bath with sulfate-, paraben- and phthalate-free products, a tearless facial, a de-shedding treatment, external anal gland expression, nail clipping and filing, enzymatic teeth cleaning with a gum check, ear cleaning and an ear check, hand drying with a fluff dryer for the face, a brush-and-comb fluff up, balm for dry snoots and cracked paw pads, and a skin and fur inspection.

All haircuts are hand-scissored and drying is done by hand, with a fluff dryer only for the face. The salon specializes in Asian Fusion (Japanese style) grooming and creative color, using OPAWZ semi-permanent, vegan, vegetable-based dyes with no ammonia or peroxide. Color is tried on a small patch of hair first and results can be subtle or dramatic; creative cuts and dye suit outgoing dogs rather than shy or anxious ones. Dye jobs come with a bath, are priced by the time and artistic work involved, and can only be assessed in person.

Dogs are free to roam, play or lounge, with a real-grass potty area and fresh water through the day; kennel-free upon request. Each groomer takes a limited number of dogs per day and every visit starts with a one-on-one stylist consultation. Credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted.

The salon recommends no more than a Touch Up for puppies of 3 to 7 months until they are acclimated, and regular brushing at home between appointments; severe matting may mean extra fees or a shave down for the dog's comfort. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, then $1 a minute up to 30 minutes, after which the appointment is cancelled and charged in full.
