Bushwick Bark is a woman-owned pet shop serving Bushwick and Ridgewood since 2013, focused on healthy pet food. Full-service dog and cat grooming happens only at the Knickerbocker Ave shop, by appointment.

Grooming is one-on-one: a single groomer works with your pet from beginning to end. They prefer not to crate pets, so they ask you to pick up when the groom is finished and call about 15 minutes before your pet is ready.

Following NYC Department of Health rules, dogs must be up to date on Bordetella, rabies and distemper vaccines, and cats on rabies, to be groomed. Matted pets require a signed waiver.

They also offer in-home cat grooms.
