Nails and Add-Ons

Every groom includes nail clipping; buffing and paw work may be stopped if a pet is too stressed.

BYOP is a full-service grooming salon in Staten Island with a receptionist who handles scheduling and check-in, grooming assistants who prepare each dog, and groomers who do the finishing work.

The Bath & Brush suits every pet, including cats and guinea pigs. Full Grooming is recommended for non-shedding dogs; it can be done on medium and long-coated shedding dogs or cats, but the salon does not recommend it.

For cats, the salon shaves rather than trims, since trimming is not effective on fine, soft cat fur, and it does not recommend shaving a shedding coat.

Prices are adjusted once a year. BYOP also runs a mobile grooming van that comes to your home, booked separately from the salon.
