Good to know

A mobile grooming service: the van comes to your home and one groomer works on one dog at a time. The vans serve San Jose, the Peninsula, the East Bay, San Francisco and San Joaquin Valley towns such as Tracy and Modesto.

The office confirms the day before, and the groomer sends an ETA and calls on arrival. You need to be home at the start and the end; owners are asked not to watch during the groom. A typical groom takes 1.5 to 3 hours.

Payment is cash, check, Zelle or card (4% card fee), collected by the groomer when the pet is done. Aggressive dogs are handled case by case, with special handling charges possible. The office answers messages Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
