Walk-ins are taken on occasion, but they strongly recommend booking ahead, and appointments are run dog in, dog out so pets stay separate.

A grooming session can take up to 2 hours depending on the services, the coat and the size of the dog.

They groom dogs of any size or breed, and puppies from 12 weeks up; the shampoos are puppy safe and the grooming products all-natural.

Vaccinations should be up to date, with proof of vaccination for new pets, and reference photos of the style you want are welcome.

An appointment request is not final until the store confirms it.
