Most appointments run 60 to 120 minutes depending on breed, coat condition, behavior and service type; severe matting or special conditions may need extra time, discussed in advance.

The West Hollywood flagship of Collar & Comb inside The Collar Club: one-on-one, cage-free grooming where every appointment reserves a private spa suite and a dedicated stylist, with every bath, dry and styling session performed entirely by hand. The team is Anxiety-Free Certified and trained in trauma-informed, low-stress handling for anxious, reactive, senior, mobility-limited and medically complex pets, and includes AKC-certified groomers and Master Groomers with a minimum of ten years' experience. A library of 75+ professional formulations, many human-grade and sourced from Korea and Japan, is matched per pet; signature Glow Up treatments include Korean mud facials, blueberry and probiotic yogurt facials, and honey-based hydration. Standard appointments run 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with private, by-request evening grooming as late as 9:00 PM, prioritized for consistent guests and Collar Club members. Appointments are booked through the concierge line, recurring appointments can be reserved on a regular schedule, and street parking is available at this location. Cats are groomed in the same private suites with species-specific handling; feline availability is more limited and should be scheduled in advance. The Collar Club ecosystem adds memberships with chauffeured transportation, acupuncture and massage therapy, non-anesthetic dental care, and mobility support and rehabilitation services.
