Grooming is one dog at a time in a kennel-free studio with private waiting rooms, and every service includes a blueberry facial, teeth brushing with a gum check, ear cleaning, shampoo and conditioner matched to the coat and skin type, a hand dry with a warm-air fluff brush out, and a nail trim.

This studio is Balanced Dog's amenity location inside the Esprit residence; they also groom at the Marina Harbor and Waves buildings in Marina del Rey and run a Venice Blvd brick-and-mortar with a retail store, and they offer a grooming rehabilitation program.

They use all-natural 4-Legger grooming products certified to USDA organic food standards.

Concierge pick-up and drop-off is complimentary within 1 mile of Marina del Rey and $10 per mile beyond, with 24-hour notice requested.

Drop-offs more than 15 minutes late are charged $1 per minute from the 16th minute up to a $15 cap; at 30 minutes late the appointment is canceled and charged in full plus the late fee, and pick-ups more than 30 minutes late add a $50 fee because the shop is kennel-free.

Elderly or special-needs dogs that need a second groomer may carry an extra charge based on time.
