Good to know

Twin Tails is cageless: each groomer works on one pet at a time, pets are never put in a cage to wait or dry, and every pet is dried by hand.

The Glendale salon opened in 2018 and is the larger of the two, with more than 20 stylists, including specialists in creative colouring, puppies, seniors and curly coats. It suits households that want several pets groomed at the same time.

Booking about two weeks ahead is recommended, and new clients are welcome with availability seven days a week. For a walk-in cat nail trim, let the salon know ahead so it can staff for it.
