Gland expression and ear plucking are free with a groom but only when you select them on the booking form.

Good to know

The Dog Salon has been grooming Charlotte dogs since 2005, with gentle methods, high-quality products and a consultation with the groomer at check-in. Every bath and groom includes a spa bath with massage, high-velocity drying, ear cleaning, brush-out, nail trim, fragrance and a bow or bandana; heavy shedders need a de-shed add-on.

Up-to-date proof of rabies and Bordetella vaccination is required for every service. Dogs must be able to be kenneled safely, and the salon may refuse aggressive dogs.

Please pick up within an hour of the ready call. Dogs at the salon more than six hours are charged a Walk 'n Wag package, and pickup after closing costs $25 per half hour.

Severely matted dogs are shaved rather than brushed out, and you are told before the groom. Dogs found with fleas are treated for a $20 fee. Color is not refundable.
