Nails and Add-Ons

The salon is inside the PetSmart store on W Huntington Dr and keeps its own hours, opening two hours before the store every day. Pet Stylists are academy-trained with more than 800 hours of hands-on instruction, work with at least 200 dogs of all breeds and sizes during training, and are safety certified every year; Stylist Apprentices, trained on 33 hours and at least 125 dogs, handle dogs that need no clipper work, such as Labradors and Boxers. Every check-in starts with a hands-on assessment of the pet's skin, coat, ears, nails and teeth.

Allow at least four hours for a groom; the groomer gets in touch when the pet is ready. Express grooms, done while you wait, cost extra and are recommended for senior pets and pets prone to stress. Nail grinding is done while you wait, and the walk-in quick services cover nail grinds, teeth brushing and ear cleaning. PetSmart's Look Great Guarantee promises to make it right if you do not love how your pet looks, or refund the service.

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old. Dogs need a current rabies vaccination given at least 24 hours before the groom, with an exception for puppies between 8 and 16 weeks. Cancellations are accepted at any time, with 24 hours' notice requested; a missed appointment without notice can mean future appointments are declined.
