Appointments only, no walk-ins, and texting is the quickest way to book: send your name, your pet's name, breed and rough size.

Pets can be dropped off at opening time, but work follows the schedule, not arrival. Average turnaround is 3 to 5 hours, and every pet must be picked up by 4:00 pm; a late pickup fee applies after a 30-minute grace period.

Cats live in the salon and roam, so let them know ahead if your dog may be scared of or aggressive toward cats. Pets must arrive on a leash or in a carrier.

Rabies vaccination is required for every dog and cat. A puppy gets a mini groom on its first visits before any all-over haircut.

Aggressive or difficult dogs are taken with notice, at their own pace, with a $30 handling fee until they are comfortable. Feral cats are not groomed, and no pet is groomed under sedation.

A valid card on file is required for cancellation and no-show fees.
