New clients bring a paper or digital copy of their dog's rabies expiration date, or proof of the first two rounds of puppy shots for puppies under 6 months.

Since January 2024 the salon no longer books grooming for dogs aged 13 and older.

Walk-ins are welcome. Appointments can also be requested online at any hour, and the salon confirms by email.
