Mod Mutt is a family-owned, woman-owned salon in Highland off North Lamar, grooming for Brentwood, Skyview, Highland and North Loop since 2017. It is an AKC S.A.F.E. Certified salon and the groomers are certified in pet CPR and first aid.
Drying is by hand only; the salon never uses heated cage dryers. Cats are groomed in a dedicated feline-only space.
The salon also runs a pet transport van for pick-up and drop-off around Austin, and three self-wash tubs with no appointment needed; last self-wash is one hour before close on weekdays.
