Little Brown Dog is a full-service grooming studio run by owner and groomer Brooke El-Merrahi, a National Certified Master Groomer and Certified Canine Esthetician. The shop grooms straight through: your dog goes into the bath when you drop off and is usually only kenneled while waiting for pickup.

Prices follow breed standards for size, weight and coat, assume regular grooming, and can change for overgrown or matted coats. Bearded collies are charged hourly. The shop is small and no longer takes large full-coated breeds such as Bernese, Newfoundlands, Great Pyrenees or Samoyeds.

Grooming is towel-free (one synthetic chamois per pet), bathing uses a recirculating system, and the shop works toward full environmental sustainability.

Drop off at your appointment time; 15 minutes late means rescheduling. Pick up within 30 minutes of the finish time to avoid a late fee. Closing time varies with the day's bookings, usually around 5:30 or 6:00. Grooming stops if fleas or lice are found.
