Fluff'd Grooming, formerly Bowser's Bath, has groomed dogs in Tigard since 1996 and has been owned since 2022 by Toni and Tiersa. Appointments are one-on-one with no all-day kenneling, and the shop is not a boarding facility. You get a text 15 minutes before your dog is ready, with a one-hour pickup window.

Grooming is by appointment Tuesday through Friday and every other Saturday. The shop closes on major holidays, for bad weather and for a few training events a year.

The groomers offer dog-safe fur color and puppy introductions to grooming, and recommend a groom every 4 to 6 weeks. Gland expression is no longer done unless the dog has seen its regular vet. A dog that arrives with fleas gets a required flea bath, adding $25 or more. Rabies vaccination is required under state law.
