Good to know
Doggie Avenue was established in 2007 as a full-service dog grooming salon and select retail boutique. It works across canine breeds, pedigree, rare, mixed and rescue alike, and cats are welcome too.
The salon lost the lease on its original Magnolia Blvd shop after nearly six years. It took ten months to find somewhere else in Burbank, through landlords unwilling to lease to a doggie tenant and properties the city was not zoning for animals, and the business came close to closing before the owner found the Victory Blvd building. It opened there on 22 September 2022, a new building with ample parking, and kept the same phone number.
The owner, Donna Currie, describes the groomers as members of the Doggie Avenue family.
The salon reserves the right to refuse aggressive dogs, and its staff will not take responsibility for administering any medication sent along with a pet.
