Andy's takes everything from short-haired to long-haired and small to extra large, dogs and cats alike. The bench handles full-service grooms and show-quality cuts — schnauzers, poodles, doodles, bichons, terriers, bouviers, shih tzus, labradoodles, goldendoodles, schnoodles, cockapoos — as well as trims, baths, soft paws, flea and tick treatments, nail care and ear cleaning.

Every bath and haircut includes nail clipping, anal gland expression and ear cleaning, and all the shampoos and conditioners used are organic.

If fleas turn up on a pet during the wash, a flea bath goes on straight away and the owner is told at pick-up. The fee for it is waived for first-time customers.

Prepaid packages have to be approved by management, may not apply to certain breeds, expire a year after purchase, and can only be redeemed at the shop where they were bought. Andy's will never call and ask for payment over the phone.
