Offer checkPawsRx teamThis weekWhat is one term you would never sign again?A non-compete radius, negative accrual, a clawback on the signing bonus, unpaid CE days. Which one caught you, and what would you ask for instead? If you have an offer on the table now, post it as an offer check and members can vote on it. From the PawsRx team, to start this channel. How an offer check works

Post one offer, or two to compare. Only base pay is required.
It shows beside what the employer's own job ads and your state's ads pay.
Licensed vets and techs vote and reply.
When you decide, say what you took. The next person reads a real outcome.

Never shown

Your name, your hospital, or the day you posted. The employer on an offer is the group, or "an independent practice".

Add your pay and see where it sitsAdding pay needs a license check. Posting does not.

What a post shows

Your role, and only what you choose to add: employer group, years, region. Never your name or your hospital.

License checked means the member matched their license to the state board's list when they added their pay. Posting never needs it.

House rules

Talk about the job: pay, hours, staffing, management. Not named people. A post that names or describes a coworker, client or pet owner is read before it shows. Made-up posts cost the account.
