EmergenciesExplicit 24/7 emergency service, via an on-call doctor reached by phone, is stated for large animals (livestock) and separately for horses. For small animal/exotic patients the site says only that the clinic will 'do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible' and that it works with local emergency clinics for cases it cannot help or for after-hours emergencies -- narrower than the large-animal/equine 24/7 claim.
