Emergency care runs 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays, with online check-in, and the ICU is staffed around the clock, 365 days a year. Board-certified specialty departments cover critical care, internal medicine, neurology and neurosurgery, and surgery and orthopedics, working by referral with the pet's family veterinarian; specialty hours are weekdays 8 to 6.
