The hospital's own ER and Referrals page says to call the office so it can help navigate the situation, that it may refer pets needing more specialized or intensive care to a recommended emergency and specialty hospital, and that if it is closed clients should go straight to one of the outside emergency hospitals it lists, among them San Francisco Animal Medical Center and SAGE San Francisco.
