Walk-ins are not taken for grooming; every appointment is pre-scheduled and the salon grooms a set number of dogs a day. Nail trims do not need an appointment, but calling the day before cuts the wait.
Bring or email vaccine records before the visit. A typical stay is two to three hours, longer for long-haired or large breeds. Dogs are not left to roam, and the salon calls or texts about 20 minutes before your dog is ready.
