Appointments are set up to keep dogs separate, with one-on-one attention. A groom can take up to 2 hours depending on the services and the coat. Walk-ins are taken on occasion, but booking ahead is recommended.

Vaccinations should be up to date before the appointment. Puppies are welcome from 12 weeks, with a gentle puppy shampoo. Reference photos of the look you want help the groomer.
