Grooming is by appointment only, booked online or by phone; there are no walk-ins. New clients register online before booking.
A groom takes about four to six hours and the team calls when your dog is ready; tell them at drop-off if you need a set pickup time.
Pro Groomers handle breeds that need complex cuts or shaving; House Groomers look after shorter-coated dogs. The center also boards dogs and cats.
A badly matted dog may need a close shave: the team explains this at check-in and calls to confirm the length before going ahead.
